Information processed
CourtValue may process the email and account identifier supplied through sign-in, subscription status received from the payment provider, and privacy-conscious usage events needed to understand website performance.
Payments
Payment details are processed by the external checkout and payment provider. CourtValue uses subscription status and the associated email to grant Premium access; it does not need to expose full card details on the website.
Analytics
Administrative analytics may include page views, referral sources, country-level location and account funnel events. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally retained in CourtValue’s analytics database.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as needed for access, subscription records, security and legitimate operational purposes. Users may contact CourtValue using the email associated with the service to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
